SCAM ALERT: BEWARE OF FALSE ROOM OFFERS

Unfortunately, several Ecommerce Operations Summit exhibitors and attendees each year fall prey to accommodation offers from fraudulent companies—most notably a scammer known as Exhibitors Housing Services (EHS). These hotel providers present themselves as our ‘official hotel booking partner.’ Note that these groups are in no way affiliated with Ecommerce Operations Summit and their claims of having access to rooms are false. The only way to reserve a room at Ecommerce Operations Summit is by calling the hotel directly and mentioning ‘Ecommerce Operations Summit.’

Airport & Travel

The John Glenn Columbus Airport is a short 15-minute drive to The Greater Columbus Convention Center. Upon arrival, Columbus Ohio Transportation (COTA) offers 24/7 shuttle to the convention center; tickets may be purchased on the bus for $2.75 for a one-way fare.
Taxis stands are located throughout the airport. Taxis are metered and a one-way fare is approximately $25.

Parking

The Goodale, Vine Street, South and East Lot garages are all located within a 5-10 minute walk to the convention center. Daily event parking rates at these facilities range from $8.00 – $10.00.
