Our popular Ecommerce Operations Summit tours take place on the afternoon of April 3 and offer a live look at all aspects of fulfillment as leading ecommerce, direct-to-customer retailers and service providers host you on backstage-style guided tours of their facilities. It’s an attendee favorite each year – and they sell out each year. See the latest equipment and systems in action, learn from industry leaders and get your questions answered. (Note: $50 fee applies to each. Sign up online when you register. There are no waiting lists available once tours sell out. Note that fees cover transportation; tour hosts do not receive fees for providing tours.)

Come see A&F’s one million-sq.-ft. dedicated ecommerce fulfillment center. The building was redesigned in 2015 specifically to meet the needs of the growing DTC business across the A&F and Hollister brands. Along the tour you’ll see their three-level pick tower, multi-shuttle tote buffer, cross-belt sorter and 36 putwalls. In addition, you’ll experience their latest investment in Lucas System’s Voice picking platform.
